Manganese (II) Sulfate
Commercially available manganese (II) sulfate samples are quadly hydrated, while the anhydrous form is obtained by heating above 400°C.
Manganese sulfate tetrahydrate is well soluble in water, but insoluble in ethanol.
Manganese (II) Sulfate is a chemical compound with the formula MnSO4. It appears as white crystals of the anhydrous compound, while the compound is light pink in the aqueous state (tetrahydrate).
